Just Relax ...

Hi it's Margot here with a card to make for any occasion. I used the new Card Art Sail Boat from the Dutch Doobadoo to create a base of my project.

I have decorated it using beautiful " All At The Sea Pad "

The Lifebuoy, Anchor and Chain are from the Paper Art A5 Nautical ... I have embossed them using Embossing Powder.

I have added some flowers, cheese cloth and pearls.

I have stamped Seagull - from All At The Sea Stamp Set and added "Relax " chipboard word from the Dutch Doobadoo.

I have used white and black gesso to finish my creation.

Hope you like my creation .

Land Ahead!

Hi Everyone!

Keeley here and I'm here to share my MDF Ships Wheel, I have so much fun making this, I just couldn't stop adding bits to it.

I love this months release, there some fantastic products!

I have used the All at the Sea Paper Pad and I covered the entire wheel with just one sheet of paper, so now I have more to use on other projects.

The Wavy Stripe Stencil it has to be one of my favourites so far, it's perfect for male and childrens cards.

I have used lots of elements from the Paper Art, along with Black and White Gesso I mixed them together to make a grey.

The Seagul is so cute, it's also from this months release.

I have also used the Lighthouse, Message in a Bottle and Sentiment, all from the stamps sets.

The "Zom & Zee" is from the chipboard words and I dabbed on the Gesso to co-ordinate with the papers.

Well that's all from me today and I hope you have enjoyed my wheel and you come visit again soon.

Please remember if you do find that anything is out of stock in the store, you can still purchase it and Tracy will send it out as soon as it comes in.

Our new challenge has started and theme is "Flowers" so please come and join in, there are prizes to be won!

Hugs

Home is Where The Ocean Is

Hello Everyone,

I've been dying to share my MDF Steering Wheel with you as I love how this turned out.

I coated the wheel in white Dutch Doobadoo gesso first and then added Dutch Doobadoo black gesso.I then gave it a light sanding so that some of the white came through.  I then added crackle paste and after it had tried applied a very light brushing of white gesso again.  This gave my ship's wheel an aged effect.  Love it :)

I wanted to keep this as much black, white and cream as possible as it's going into my downstairs toilet so it will match perfectly.

I used elements from the Dutch Doobadoo Paper Art Nautical.  I also used the anchor die cut and added pearls and a nautical button from Live and Love crafts.

I used both the All At Sea Sentiment Set and the Image stamps for the centre.  These were stamped onto paper from the All At Sea Paper pad.

The nautical buttom fitted perfectly into the Buoy diecut, some cheesecloth, pearls and shells to finish it off.

I've really enjoyed playing with the sea collection and I hope you like it too :)

 Hugs Tracy x
