Wee Daphne

Morning all!  At the time of scheduling this post it was cold, wet and dismal in the UK, so I decided to cheer myself up with a bright and summery card.

The frondy type leaves are from the Noor oval frame die, and the twigs are from the Volume 10 Magnolia Club kit.

Morning all, today’s card features a Wee cutie, which I have teamed up with the gorgeous new Pion Scent of Lavender papers and some of the delish goodies now in stock at Noor Design.

The stunning lace butterfly just fitted perfect for this card, so pretty and quite dimensional too. 

The tiny bit of scalloped border peeking out is from the Magnolia Club Kit Volume 9.  That’s all sold out now but I believe there is a one or two Volume 10’s still up for grabs.  These are amazing value for money, when I saw what I got for my money it about blew my mind.

The large shabby/frilly flowers I made using the new Flowers of Joy dies (links below).  I followed Norma’s tutorial which is fantastic and easy to follow too and works perfect every time.  

I finished this off with the stunning lace and pretty corner die cut.

Graduation card

Hi!

Today I'm sharing with you a graduation card that I made for Noor! design Uk blog. I used Fabulous Graduation Tilda from Magnolia's We made it collection.

The shape of the card was made with the Dutch Doobadoo's Card Art A4 Swing card 6. I never made a card like this before and I really like how it turned out.

Tilda was coloured using distress markers and ink pads.

I made those pretty flowers with Flowers of Joy die. Leaves were made with older Berry Sweet Strawberry Dies. I also cut out one strawberry and put it under the sentiment.

Papers used are from Pion - Scent of Lavender, Lavender Love. I used one side for the card and the other side for the flowers. I also used Pion papers for the leaves. I used Pion pallete green III and IV.

Those gorgeous corners were cut out with Floral corner die, which is from the latest collection. i put some cheesecloth under them.

I used two different pearl strings on my card: Double Row Pearl Trim (in white) and Pearl string (1.5 mm).

There are Fancy flower edge die cuts on each side of the card. I loveeee this die!!!
