Just because...mixed media card by Jane's Journal GD

Hello again, how quickly Monday has come round. Thanks for all you kind comments here and on my blog for my strawberry gift box I showed you last week. This week my love of mixed media has started to creep in, as I warned you!

I have made a summer inspired card using the Joy wildflower stamp and the gorgeous butterfly edge die.

I have used bister to create the  background and also added some faux stitching and hessian for texture.

I will be back next Monday with a mixed media piece showing, amongst other Noor and Dutch Dobadoo products, how versatile the butterfly edge is.

    The wildflower stamps looks so rich in your chosen colour and works perfectly with the hessian background.
