Spring time Elephant

Hi!

It's Thursday and time for me to share my recent make for Noor! Design Uk. I made a Birthday card using Spring time Elephant from Whimsy stamps. I didn't want to make a card strictly for girls or boys so I coloured this cutie in purple.

Shape used for this card is a Dutch DooBadoo - Shape Art 4. I used papers from Lemoncraft and they are soooo pretty. You can see which one at the end of this post.

Image was coloured using Distress markers and distress ink pads. I added some Stickles glue (Stardust) on the butterfly and daisies.

Sentiment "Best wishes" is a chipboard from Scrapiniec. I covered it with white gesso. The stitched circle behind it is a la-la land crafts die. la-la land crafts dies will be in the store soon!!!

I had to add some flowers. I put Vintage Flourishes Leaf die cut behind them, because I really like adding something green on my cards.

I'm sure you noticed those cute little tassels and their silver caps? They are made with Marianne Design die called Tassel Trendy Die. Those caps are also available in the store in two different sizes.

Rosebud Tilda envelope card

Today I'm showing you an envelope card made with Dutch DooBadoo Envelope Art A4 Scallop 3.

I decorated both, the outside and the inside of the envelope. Papers used are from Maja design - Vintage romance. I used a lovely baby blue ribbon to close the envelope.

 

On the inside I cut out three different sizes of stitched flags from little Darlings Creative.

I coloured Rosebud Tilda from the latest Magnolia's Spring fever collection. I used distress markers and ink pads. You can get them in the store HERE.

I couldn't resist adding one of the chipboards. I used "For my best Friend".

Today I'm sharing with you my first card made for NOOR! UK dt. I used Card Art A4 Window (pre-order available at Noor! Uk shop, expected next week) from Dutch Doobadoo.

I used Sweetie from Whimsy stamps and coloured her with distress markers and ink pads. 

I hid 4 magnets under the design paper, so that the right side of the card closes over the left side and keeps it closed. It works really well.

Of course I had to use some flowers and some pretty branches from Scrapiniec (Spring Prodigy Boxwood) and  Joy! crafts (Vintage Flourishes Leaf Die).

I also decorated the inside of the flaps and the centre of the card. Behind the image I used Gilded doily die and Cutting Edge Borders Die Set from Little Darlings Creative.
