CRAFTEEZEE COLLECTION - 3D ~Decadence

Hello everyone.  

I am here again today with some more inspiration using the lovely Crafteezee Collection.

First of all, for those who do not know, these are Limited Edition.  This month is  3D DECADENCE'. What a wonderful theme!¬   It is a collection assembled by Tracy, who tries to source ALL NEW items each month, focusing on her favourite things.  If there are any left over these go into the store, and if not just those that purchase the kit will receive. So, onto what I made using the Crafteezee Collection:

I made another card using items from the Collection and selected other things from http://www.noordesign-shop.co.uk/ plus a few things from my own stash.   I will list links at the foot. 

The beautiful pink lace and fabulous pearl trim are from the Collection as are the two tone flowers and silver embellishments and trim.

The cream flower has been made using the fabulous Foamiran and stamens from a lovely JOY flower die.

The shabby seam binding is a lovely shade of pink.  I just love these shades available. 

 I have absolutely loved using this fabulous Collection!

Love That Dress

Morning everyone,

This is the card I made for Papercraft Essentials Magazine recently using the adorable All Dressed Up Image "Love That Dress" by LDRS Creative, isn't she gorgeous.

I have used Pion Design's Scent of Lavender for the papers and the Pion Design Palette    for the base and all the die cuts.

The image is coloured with distress inks, a little shabby white frantage added.  She is layered onto the LDRS Gilded Oval with a little chessecloth underneath and decorated with an oval of flat backed 6mm pearls.

I used the Studio Light Leaf edge for the border at the top of the card.

On the edges on the inside I have used Scrapiniec Doily borders but omitted to take a good photo of these.

Lots of gorgeous flowers and finished with a seam binding bow and Genevieve button to the centre.

Crafteezee Collection 3D Decadence.....again

Hi there.......Friday again and Plony here...
Again I was in my craftroom to make something with the Crafteezee Collection 3D Decadence.
You are not going to believe what I made......I can't even believe it myself....lol...

What happened..... I saw the little bicycle.....and I decided to make a card for a man.
A vintage card....one that would look old...a bit smudgy....a bit like he was made ages ago...lol...
That.....I can tell you....was very far out of my comfortzone.....wowwwww.....it really was....

I am very curious if you think I did a good job with this card....does it even come close to what I had in mind....???
Judge it yourself....and tell me.....

I must laugh now....lol.......a card like this out of my hands....but we have to challenge ourself sometimes don't we.....
I made a kind of envelope....with space for 2 mini bags...In the bags I did clocks.....from the Pion paper Where The Roses Grow.....It's called Time to smell the roses....I love the clocks.....

I used a bit of distress ink to ink the edges....and I added little pieces of rope.

The green paper with dots is from the collection kit and the image is from Maja Design Vintage Romance.....You can see the bicycle.....and I used a filagree corner

There's a tag on my card with a tassel.....and....I couldn't resist to add a little piece of the lace from the kit....on the lace are two resin embellishments......

With a water spray bottle I sprayed some viva decor gold on my card.....You can see it shine a bit.....and the drops are from the spray too....After all I wanted to make it a bit smudgy....lol....

I had a bit of a headache when I was ready with my card....so different from my "normal" cards but......it was fun.
Let me tell you ....my next card will be girly and romantic again....lol......I am running back in my comfortzone now....hahahaha.
