Foamiran Roses with Acrylics

Wow - who would have thought that Acrylic Paints work so well on Foamiran?

I have to say I prefer them to Oil Pastels. I used just a tiny bit on a make-up sponge to blend into the foam.

I was surprised how well they take to the foamiran and dries very quickly. I lovely smooth finish.
No mess whatsoever. 

Here, I added some Acrylic from my own stash to add a darker shade around the edge of the rose.

Lady E dies have been great for me, as when I first started making my own flowers, I was hand cutting the petals. They're such a joy.

The leaves I have used Versa Color Ink Pads.
Just gently rubbing over the leaf as you want the veins to show.
