Meet New DT Member Gina Knott

Good morning everyone,

I would firstly like to thank everyone who entered the DT call, you all blew me away and made my decision a very difficult one indeed. The standard was so high and I really hate disappointing you all  so we decided to have a GDT once a month.  Isn't that awesome If you are interested in guesting for us enter GDT after your name when entering our monthly challenge, (click the badge on the sidebar).

Before I introduce you to our newest DT member, we also have to say a sad farewell to our lovely Franz. We persuaded Franz into helping out whilst we sorted the store out and Franz certainly did bring the WOW factor,  but with current commitments and a little one on the way, she has to step away.  Myself and Jolanda would like to say a huge thank you to Franz for her gorgeous work,  we very much appreciated everything you did and we hope to see you back in the future :)

Soooooo now I would like to introduce you to our newest DT Member, who I am sure needs no introduction as you all know Gina Knott......................

Hi Everyone,

I'm Gina and I live in Reading in the South of England.  I am married to phil who is incredibly supportive of my hobby.  I have two sons, the eldest Mike works for a large well know I.T. company and the youngest George is a Captain in the British Army, both of them have now flown the nest.

I work at a local Secondary school, but can be found beavering away in my craft room during the evening and weekends.  I am very lucky to be on several design teams and I also guest design for a couple more too.

I started making cards around 8 years ago beginning with decoupage and found stamping a few years later.  My passion is colouring mainly with Copics, but I am currently trying to learn to colour with Distress Inks.  I love making Easel cards and packing as many dies and embellishments onto them that I can.  I hope you like my cards.

I totally adore Noor products and I am absolutely thrilled to be part of this wonderful team so a big thank you to Tracy for giving me this opportunity.

The image has been mounted onto a Noor Design Oval Die 0304 (4 Pcs)

Tucked underneath the ribbon is a Film Strip Die (0278)

The beautiful leaves are cut from the Vintage Flourishes Leaves Die (2) 0038
